Screening Tools
These tools can be used by any social service agency to screen their clients/customers/consumers for possible problem gambling behavior. Although not exhaustive, these tools can be used by DPG contracted providers. Tools that can be obtained here include: Gamblers Anonymous 20 Questions, Gam-Anon 20 Questions, South Oaks Gambling Screen, National Opinion Research Center Diagnostic Screen (NODS) for gambling problems, and the NODS-CLiP (revision of the NODS).
